Steel Magnolia Commercial Kitchen
Steel Magnolia is available 24 hours a day except when indicated on the Reservation Calendar.  There is a 3 hour minimum rental. We can accommodate a wide range of situations from a one-time use to regular recurring times during a week or month.
Kitchen Rental - Wedding Promo until June 30
First 3 hours $90.00
Additional hours $30/hr.
   
Kitchen Rental - after June 30
First 3 hours   $105.00
Additional hours $35.00/hr.

Setup/takedown assistance is available.

A $200 deposit check is due within three days of reserving your space. The final payment is due seven days prior to your reserved date. There is a 5% discount for paying by cash. We also accept Visa and Mastercard.

The price of the rental includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water) and trash pick-up. There are no other charges.
