Kitchen Rental

3 hour minimum rental. Fee includes all utilities (electricity, gas, water) and trash pick-up; there are no other charges. Facilities are is available 24 hours a day. Check Reservation Calendar. We can accommodate a wide range of needs — from one-time use to regular recurring times during a week or month.

6 am – 9 pm • Prime Time
·    $100 total for the first 3 hours (minimum rental)
·    $35 per hour for additional time (in full hour increments).

9 pm – 6 am • Non-prime Time
·    $85 total for the first 3 hours (minimum rental)
·    $30 per hour for additional time (in full hour increments).

Payment
·    $200 deposit plus a $50 equipment fee is due upon signing Steel Magnolia’s contract.
